What we really need are trained, long term workers from a variety of backgrounds.
This short term opportunity is in the hopes that some of them will be led to pursue long term work.
So what they can do is help long term folks with their work.

What we really need are trained, long term workers from a variety of backgrounds.
This short term opportunity is in the hopes that some of them will be led to pursue long term work.
So what they can do is help long term folks with their work.
Number of participants can accept | Potential time that they can start accepting in the field
1. We will help them engage with teams that are working with refugees, locals, depending on their English proficiency they may be able to teach or tutor.
2. There are opportunities to help at an international school that has a variety of UPG's.
3. They can also do focused prayer walking and help us with researching different UPG's in different parts of the city.
4. We will also put them through our mentoring program that will help them with language and culture acquisition and help them work through many of the mental, emotional, spiritual and practical challenges that cross-cultural workers face.
